Welcome to our beautiful two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo in the heart of Over the Rhine in Cincinnati, Ohio! Our spacious and modern space is perfect for both short and long-term stays.

This condo is historic and built in 1880. It was beautifully and modernly renovated in 2022. The 12 foot ceilings throughout entire condo are grand. It features two HUGE bedrooms, one with a king-bed (on 2nd floor) and the other bedroom with a queen-size and twin-size bed (on 1st floor). There is plenty of storage space.
The living room is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV and small bar w/ barstools.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher and coffee maker with complimentary coffees.
Your group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located apartment. Walk to local restaurants, boutique shops, OTR, Vine Street, TQL stadium, Music Hall, Washington Park, Findlay Market and so much more. There is also a nearby street car stop to ride to and throughout downtown.

Over-the-Rhine, also known as OTR, is a historic neighborhood in Cincinnati, Ohio known for its charming architecture and rich cultural heritage. The neighborhood is home to the largest collection of Italianate architecture in the United States and it offers a variety of beautiful and unique buildings to admire.

OTR is a hub of local culture, with many venues for live music, theater, and dance performances. Visitors can also explore a range of excellent independent art galleries, boutiques, and restaurants. The neighborhood is also home to the Findlay Market, Ohio’s oldest continuously operated public market, which offers fresh produce, meats, cheeses, baked goods, and more, making it a great place to shop for food.
