HOUSE RULES

We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.

1. No parties or events allowed.

2. No smoking allowed. (additional minimum fee of $1000 dollars will be charged)

3. No pets allowed.

4. Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.

5. No unregistered guests or third party bookings allowed.

6. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.

7. Please respect the noise curfew ok 11:00pm – 7:00am.

8. Please respect check-in at 4:00 pm check-out time of 10:00am.

10. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages and it could exceed the security deposit.

11. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

12. Please put dishes in the dishwasher.

13. Please take the trash out to the trash cans on the side of the house before you leave.

14. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

15. All guests must be fully verified with Airbnb to stay at the property.

16. No glitter, confetti, or using tape on walls or trim.
